Mermaid

Tank Top - ASOS | Maxi Skirt - Topshop | Mules - Debenhams

Another one of my evening outfit's from Venice. I picked up this maxi mermaid lace dream about a year ago of the bargain price of £9 down from £70 but always couldn't find the right place to where, because obviously it was waiting for it's grand debut in Venice! It was pretty for those warm evenings and made me feel rather swanky and dolled up.

In other news, this week is degree classification week at my university and yesterday I found out I will be graduating with a 2:2 in Information Technology in Creative Industries from Lancaster University! I've had the best and the worst times at university, and have on numerous occasions wanted to jack it all in so to have actually made it, without any resits is the biggest achievement of my life. It may not be a 1st or a 2:1 but for me personally, it's all I could ever want. So excitingly I move on to my next path in life and start full time work mid August working in Marketing as I know hate computer science with all my heart.

For anyone else receiving their degree results, best of luck!

Cream Stripes

Crop Jacket - H&M | Stripy Skirt - Ganni | Mules - Debenhams

Another of my scheduled posts while I'm in Venice, although I'm pretty pale and have light hair, I still adore all light outfits and this is no exception. Wearing a jacket as a top is one of those things you are blessed with being able to do if you have no boobs, so thanks boobs for that. This Ganni was the steal of my life, should have been around £80 and I got it for a sweet, sweet tenner. Beautiful times.

Fringe X Leather

White Shirt - Topshop | Fringe Leather Skirt - Topshop | Contrast Boots - Topshop | Sunglasses - ASOS

Wow, you know sometimes you don't realise that you might have a shopping problem when nearly every bit of your outfit is from Topshop... Yeah that. I love fringe this season, I own two very different fringe skirts which I adore and I am queen of not wearing colour and this is a perfect example of me doing that.

Today, I submitted my last ever piece of coursework so I really really done with university education now! Unless I have managed to fail my exams again... But we shall see! So now I am preparing for Parklife this weekend and then Venice the weekend after :D so if anyone has any tips or top places to see in Venice please comment below

Mismatched Suit

Blazer - H&M | Tee - New Look | Leather Trousers - New Look | Adidas - Schuh | Bag - Primark

Hey hey hey it's Saturday! Hope you guys have some lovely plans today, I'm celebrating with my uni housemates us all FINALLY finishing our degrees and being free little bird for a little while at least! Hurrah! Hopefully a chance to enjoy summer without any pressures, at least until I find out my degree mark and then I go cry in a bowl of Nutella.

I wore this outfit out with my friend to go out for a lunch a few days ago, were I discovered Bella Italia do gluten free pizza and my life changed forever! Heads up to those equally suffering the gluten free curse. I love making suits from pieces that aren't meant to match, like pair a black blazer with leather trousers so you have the contrast of materials. With a suit, I don't like to make the other aspects of the outfit too loud so I pulled a plain white tee and my forever faithful Adidas.

Have a sick weekend guys x

Weave

Smock Top - New Look | Jeans - ASOS Petite | Headscarf - Vintage | Wedges - ASOS

Hey guys! Finally I have finished university and with that I hopefully return to blogging properly, although as my boyfriend likes to point out I say this everytime I post! But for reals, I am back for good.

My style has changed quite a bit over this year, moving towards more floaty 70's vibes but still sticking to my black and white thing. I re-discovered my love for headscarves and wrapping them round my head even if I do get strange looks in Lancaster. Teamed with my regular black skinny jeans and the most awkward pair of shoes ever to walk in, my clumpy weave wedges! A shoe that when my mum saw them, she just commented on how on Earth I walk in them. Will I ever learn, no.

Silk Shoes

Dress - ASOS | Duster Coat - ASOS | *Heels - Rainbow Club | Clutch - Topshop

On Wednesday, my boyfriend and I went down to London as he was receiving his Gold Duke of Edinburgh award (proud girlfriend much?) This was being held at St. James Palace, and thus I had to get on my gladrags which became the perfect oppurtunity to finally wear my amazing silk heels kindly sent to me by Rainbow Club.

I was offered a range of shoes, and decided upon the Georgie Girl, a perfect mix of a pointed toe and jazzy embroidery. Rainbow Club are more exclusively for weddings, but they will also dye shoes to suit other occasions so I picked navy as I don't own any navy shoes! They are truly the most beautiful shoes I have ever owned and apart from the pain of lots of walking around London, they were pretty damn comfy! So thank you Rainbow Club, I will certainly be back for my own wedding shoes someday!

Regarding the rest of my outfit, I wore a tie waist white shift dress from ASOS Petite, a dress I have wanted for a long time and was so happy to finally get to wear. As it's only March, I threw on my classic grey ASOS duster coat on top and finished the look off with my seatbelt clutch bag from Topshop.

Hopefully I looked the part in the Palace, I had the most amazing day regardless!

If you fancy some wedding shoes or just classic heels for any other situation, please check out Rainbow Club.

Vibey

Top - ASOS | Skirt - MinkPink | Knee High Boots - JustFab | Hat - ASOS

So today was the day I submitted my dissertation, a 4000 word essay and a piece of coding coursework, all in readiness for finishing university. And boy am I glad it's coming to an end. People who say university and 3rd year is easy, do not study a Computer Science degree! But now I can finally get back into normality for a little while before I start revising for my last ever exams...

Anyway, this outfit is absolutely perfect to post on a day like today, it's been so beautiful! I am loving the whole 70's vibe at the moment, you might have noticed... So I couldn't wait to team up suede, floaty shirts and a fedora together. All topped off with a pair of knee highs and I was feeling quite whimsical. Might need to start applying some more fake tan before I expose my legs again... #palegirlproblems

Red Fever

Dungarees - ASOS | Top - H&M | Pumas - Schuh

Dungarees are one of those trends I've always gazed fondly upon to realise I am not cool enough to wear, until I get bored and wear them anyway. I love these because they combine my two favourite things; leather and black. And they automatically jazz up an outfit to make it look like you made loads of effort when you really didn't!

Teamed with some simple pieces so not to distract from the babes that the dungarees are, I think this outfit is perfect to substitute the usual jeans and tee combo, but still feel comfortable.

What do you think of the dungarees trend?
