Kimono Jumpsuit

Jumpsuit - Missguided | Sandals - ASOS

And I'm back from my jollies! This is the first of SIX Venice posts I've compiled, I had such a truly amazing time, Venice is for sure one of those most visit locations. It just has such a wonderful vibe, untouched by commercial stores and chains leaving beautiful scenery and architecture. I did not want to come home, but then I did have my graduation ball last at Blackpool Tower which was so brilliant and pretty emotional as I have to come to terms with the fact I am finally about to leave education! Cry.

But yeah, this is an outfit I wore on our last night in Venice, when we ate dinner by the water and then watched a Vivaldi recital which was truly wonderful. I love jumpsuits, they're so easy to wear and great in warm countries as this one has pretty thin material making it great for those warm Italian evenings!

H&M Concious Collection

Wrap Top - H&M Concious Collection | Jeans - ASOS | Sliders - Primark

Happy Thursday! It's been so nice up North today, shock horror! I shot this outfit last week when the weather was different, it's one of my favourite combos, wrap tops and jeans. Always a winner. Kind of feels like I'm wearing a dressing gown but is more socially acceptable than actually wearing said dressing gown. Sliders were my shoe of choice last summer and it looks like the same will happen again this summer. Sliders 4 eva. And that include the food version mmm.

Peace out x

Casual Parisian

Fedora - ASOS | Blazer - ASOS | Tee - M&S | Jeans - New Look | Desert Boots - Topshop | Bag - Primark | Sunglasses - ASOS

Today I went to the Lowry in Salford to view the exhibition and browse the outlet stores and I spied the perfect photo op next to the river. My photographer (sister) is back in my life so expect many more outfit posts for me! This is a very normal outfit for me, just the right level of casual but with my own unique feel. I love the Parisian look of simplistic outfits and I feel this fits very well into that category by combining classic cuts like my blazer with casual everyday items like my skinny jeans.

By now you'll know that I don't really do colour in my outfits so I like combat the monochrome effect with little features like my grey fedora and my beige desert boots. I've become very attached to simplistic jewellery in gold, I have zero time for statement right now so I have built up quite a collection of delicate rings, bracelets and necklaces.

And you might have noticed that I'm gradually lightning my hair using L'oreal Lightning Gel, which is doing an amazing job by the way! If you'd like a full review let me know, I know how troublesome lightning hair can be!

My Current Top Reads - July

As an avid blog reading for over a year now, I've defiantly got my firm favourites. Every month I will showcase 4 blogs I'm loving and these 4 never fail to impress me.
Amy from The Little Magpie has style I could only dream of possessing and knows exactly how to work a pair of black jeans and a leather jacket. Especially since she cut her hair to the same length as mine, she is my ultimate girl crush and her accent is just immense.
Charissa Rae is another firm favourite. I adore the way she styles quite masculine pieces but with her own feminine touch, she's defiantly helped cement my love for culottes and all things H&M!
Megan from Pages by Megan not only is a fabulous fashion blogger, she also holds my dream job of Personal Stylist at ASOS! Her daily outfit posts are always sending me credit card first towards the ASOS website and her impeccable styling has no faults.
Lastly, Georgia from Georgia Luisa Meramo shows how easy it is to look amazing with really simple looks combining her love of leather, black and stripes. She's always first on my list when I'm wanting to look casual but still on point.

Hope you enjoyed this post, I'd love to discover some new blogs that might end up in next month's 'My Current Top Reads' so please leave your blogs below :-)

ASOS Wishlist #1

So it seems suitably appropriate to start off my blog with a post about my favourite shop, ASOS! Not a day passes by without me checking their New In Section. As a girl who basically either dresses like Morticia Addams or all in white, some of these items are way out of my comfort zone. The ASOS sale is too tempting for words sometimes and nearly all of these pieces are part of it, brilliant timing for stocking up on summer bargains, even though two of the top are actually long sleeved... And those tartan trousers are like my dream item, they may end being part of my wardrobe rather than just a dream.
